1970s Brick House with a Classic-Modern Touch

This over 300 m² 1970s full-brick house combines the history of a representative home with unique structural details. The design respected the clients’ wish to preserve the striking hardwood ceiling panels and the original Lappi-themed fireplace room.

The former indoor pool area was converted into a luxurious master bedroom, and the storage and WC spaces were combined into a spacious bathroom with Moroccan tiles. Bold dark grey tones continue in the utility and wet areas. The living room features a modern wallpaper in keeping with the 1970s style, while the hallway lighting and storage solutions were updated. The result is a balanced home where Scandinavian clarity meets classic wood finishes.
