The parents decided to move their bedroom downstairs and hand over a second room for their two children. The idea was that the other rooms would be used for sleeping and the others for play. You can go from one room to another through a walk-in-closet between the rooms.
In the play room, I designed a construction of a castle, built from plywood. It also serves as a kiosk to play in. For the bedroom I designed a 300 cm long built-in-bed between two walls. Small children can fit in the bed together for many years, toes facing each other. Fairytale artist Petronella Grahn painted all the walls with her wonderful fairy tale paintings.
