LAUNDRY ROOM

Typical Finnish single-family homes have the oblong laundry room placed next to the bathroom, which also serves as a resting area after going to the sauna. The original idea was probably to save square metres by combining these functions, but we think that idea could already be buried. Who wants to have a relaxing sauna and then come straight into the laundry room where there’s hardly room to sit down! Well, if this is also the case in your home, ask us for help. With good planning, the laundry room can be transformed into a cozy space where it becomes fun to do even the most boring house chores as well as relax after the sauna.

WHERE IS THE LAUNDRY ROOM IN APARTMENT BUILDINGS?

High-rise flats typically don’t have laundry rooms, thus the laundry machines are usually placed in the bathroom. It is obviously not an optimal solution, but with inventive and well-designed furniture it is possible to hide the laundry machines from spoiling the home spa atmosphere. Contact us here »
